Merchandise returns and exchanges will be accepted (excluding “sale” items and gift cards) within 30 days of the date of purchase. Refunds will be made in form of “KIMBS” credit for your next purchase or will be refund by cash. Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, or defective. Returns must be accompanied by original receipt. Customer identification may be required.
To process your return, please contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Our Customer Service will provide you with detailed instructions regarding where to return your purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

¿Need A Different Size or Color?
If you need to exchange an item for a different SIZE OR COLOR within 30 days of purchase, please contact our Customer Service at email@example.com and indicate the size/color you prefer in order ensure we will have the desired item and block it in the inventory and to obtain an Exchange Authorization Number. After placing your re-order, you will receive a mail with instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Merchandise sent to us for exchange must be unworn and unwashed or defective. Your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received.
As we handle few items by size and color is possible we don’t have existence, in this case you will be informed of this fact and you can decide to keep the item as is or to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
